Chou Tsukareta (I’m very tired)

We are exhausted.

Seriously exhausted.

And in pain.

Moving isn’t fun.

Especially when one has to rewrite a presentation for class early tommorow morning at 9am.

When there’s just two people doing just about everything.

My biceps hurt from hauling a mattress from my boyfriend’s old place to his car. A queen sized mattress.

My back hurts from carrying that mattress, but it also hurts because I have to sit on the floor and type out my PowerPoint presentation. The movers won’t be able to deliver the rest of my bf’s furniture (still in Houston, his second to the last place of residence) for another couple of weeks.

I’m waiting for my bf to come back with one last batch of his stuff to unload into our new place. Poor guy…he still needs to assemble the bed when he returns. Tommorow we’ll have to find a fridge.

I have another assignment that is WAY past due, but I haven’t even started it since I had to redo the other one.

This is so NOT the right time to move. I now kind of wish that the apartment wasn’t ready until after the semester is over.

Blecch…

Moving is never fun…You really don’t realize how much stuff you actually own until it’s all packed up in boxes.

Yup, I totally agree with Jen.

sounds like a long day there!! though moving ain’t fun at all, i now am so looking forward to going through all those hassle to finally move in with my man. we are still hunting high and low for a decent apartment at the moment, and i won’t be surprised that the right apartment would come in june, when i would be the busiest with my master’s thesis. good timing just hardly happens to me, so you know.

but anyway, have a ball decorating the new place, if you have the time, so to say ;-)

I discovered the joy of using a moving service. Sure it can cost, but they pack and haul everything out in a few hours. And they do they heavy carrying up the stairs.

i hate every part of moving - the packing, the moving, the unpacking and cleaning up. ugh. consider it all building memories… and maybe treat yourselves when it all finally done. otherwise, take your time getting set up and stuff. =)
