It’s Finally Happening…

Yep, my bf called me the other day and said that the aparment should be ready by Friday (today, technically). Since I have a function to attend on Saturday (my sister’s confirmation “graduation- hell, I was confirmed as a baby. I didn’t need to go through all the trouble that she had to go through, with attending classes and serving at the church for 2 years! But I digress.), I can’t move until Saturday afternoon.
I tell ya, I’m pretty stoked. Yes, it’s not the best timing since the end of the semester is in about 2 weeks and I’ve got papers to write and projects to complete, but it’s all good. I know it’s not really my “own” place since I’m sharing it with my bf, but I’m looking forward to more privacy and study time, and not having to deal with 5 noisy people (and 2 dogs). I’m looking forward to a healthier lifestyle (which is impossible at my house since my family doesn’t believe in vegetables and exercise), and I’m definitely looking forward to just spending more time with my bf. It’s going to be great!

awesome! it’s happening so fast (the finding the place and being able to move in). good luck with the move and i’m interested in hearing how it all goes with settling in with the bf, what you learn and so forth from co-habitating.

Whoa, I missed this post. Congratulations! Hope everything works for the best! Re: confirmation. I had to serve at church as a reader. I like reading aloud but I must admit I am not at all very religious.
